Our is a popular training program that is a fun, action-packed workout that combines martial arts, boxing and music. You get a challenging cardiovascular and full body workout as you kick, punch, block and move in each class.The techniques used during the one-hour classes, using conventional heavy bags and training pads, are based on authentic kickboxing techniques which provide both resistance training and cardiovascular benefits to its participants.
Not only will you learn how to defend yourself by learning how to properly use your "weapons" (hands/elbows/knees/legs), we will tone you up and get physically fit to meet your health needs!
