Headed by Olympic Team USA Coach Willie "Wali" Moses and Coach Ibn Yusuf Sulimon. Our Boxing program focuses on physical conditioning as the foundation, because without that it will be very difficult for one to survive a sport bout or situation in which you must defend yourself. We have put together a strong full body workout that will tone your body and get you ready for whatever may come your way!
