Taekwondo has been an Olympic sport since 1988 when it was featured as an exhibition sport. From then on it has become a University sport and grown to over 9 million registered black belt holders in over 200 countries (according to the Kukkiwon world Taekwondo headquarters in Korea). Our instructors are certified coaches and athletes who compete regularly.

Urban survival and self-defense system developed in Brasil. It is used by the Brasilian military, Brasilian military police, Brasilian local and state police forces, Presidential private guard, security forces and many many civilians. It was initially developed for military, police and security professionals only, but is now available for civilians throughout the world.​




Olympic Style

Our is a popular training program that is a fun, action-packed workout that combines martial arts, boxing and music. You get a challenging cardiovascular and full body workout as you kick, punch, block and move in each class.The techniques used during the one-hour classes, using conventional heavy bags and training pads, are based on authentic kickboxing techniques which provide both resistance training and cardiovascular benefits to its participants.

Our self-defense system is built for real world situations. Traditional techniques are practiced along with techniques and concepts from other arts such as Krav Maga and Soviet Military Combatives. By learning how to anticipate movements and adjust to a given situation, we can ensure that we, and our loved ones, get home safe.

Learn how to defend yourself! The old idea that 'the bigger person always wins the fight' is not true! The human body has its weak points, and we as martial artists learn how to understand those weak points so that we can subdue those that are larger and stronger than us.No matter if you have years of experience, or none at all, man or woman, tall or not so tall, this group is here to help all of us learn how to defend ourselves in real-life situations.

This is a great opportunity to learn from a true martial artist, with extensive experience in self-defense techniques, hand-to-hand combat, and traditional Korean Martial Arts. Vinicius Raposa is an Internationally Certified Black Belt in Taekwondo with unique experience training with and teaching Brazilian Marines and Navy at the Escola Naval, Rio de Janeiro along with Krav Maga and Kombato (being the highest ranked practitioner in the United States)!

With roots as far back as man could walk, Boxing has developed and become one of the oldest Olympic  Sports. Within our program we focus on developing a body and increased physical endurance, while also  developing hand-eye coordination and confidence.
